The Halcyon Residences & Marina, featuring 66 estate-scale residences starting at just under $3 million, has officially launched sales and unveils its immersive, appointment-only sales gallery, marking the next major milestone on its path to breaking ground in 2027, leading to its anticipated completion late 2029.
