We’re delighted to be involved in St John’s Wood Square, producing a highly detailed interactive 3D residence finder and web-based app.

St John’s Wood Square has officially topped out across its 5.5-acre site, marking a major milestone in the transformation of the historic St John’s Wood Barracks into one of prime central London’s most exceptional new residential developments. As reported by PrimeResi, Multiplex has also been appointed to deliver the full residential fit-out ahead of the project’s sales launch this autumn.

Led by Executive Chairman Sir George Iacobescu and CEO Gareth Stow at St John’s Wood Square, the development is defined by refined architecture, beautiful landscaped gardens by Andy Sturgeon Design and the restored Grade II listed Riding School at its heart, bringing 120 elegant homes to one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.

St John’s Wood Square, the former home of the King’s Troop and the Royal Horse Artillery for over a century, is a site with a long and layered history, woven into the character of the St John’s Wood neighbourhood itself. Our responsibility has always been to honour this past, while shaping a development of exceptional beauty that will serve its residents and its surrounding community for generations to come. It is an honour to be joined today by the Lord Mayor of Westminster as we celebrate the site-wide topping-out, a pivotal moment in the journey of the development.
