Como were appointed to deliver a creative technology sales and marketing experience for both the marketing suite along with a web-based platform for use outside of the suite. In the suite, a native residence finder with a high fidelity 3D experience drives the core sales journey by interacting with scale model lighting and a large format wall mounted screen. In addition, a web-based 3D residence finder was developed for wider use outside of the suite to aid a continued sales experience for prospective customers with personalised login and for agents to present in London and internationally. The project pulled on years of Como’s wider experience and the team worked in consultation with the brand agency, CGI studio, model makers, plinth makers, AV suppliers and CRM team to ensure wider project success. The whole sales experience is underpinned by Como’s bespoke CMS, customer portal and analytics system.
