Balfron Tower is a landmark building in East London designed by the modernist architect Ernő Goldfinger in 1967, and is one of London’s most prominent post-war residential buildings. 55 years later Como were asked to help support the new sales and marketing campaign of 146 newly refurbished apartments by creating an interactive system to help prospective buyers visualise, choose and purchase their new homes...
Como produced a web-based 3D real-time apartment finder system, along with off-line versions. The apartment finder system is fully supported by a bespoke CMS (Content Management System) allowing the sales agents to take full control of availability and update content within the front end. Included in the project Como consulted on the marketing suite design and fit out to allow for a seamless installation of touch screens, PC, and cabling.
