A highly detailed, real-time 3D digital twin of Maison d’Or was created by COMO, placing the entire development within an accurate 3D model of West Palm Beach. The Native 3D App powers the marketing suite experience, enabling sales teams to guide buyers through a bespoke journey controlled via tablet and displayed on large-format 4K screens. From tower massing to materiality and surrounding context, every detail is presented with precision and clarity.
The platform allows users to explore the building floor by floor in full 3D, filtering residences by type, square footage, floor level, views, and other key metrics. Search results appear instantly in situ within the model, providing a seamless connection between data and space. A parallel list-view search function offers an alternative way to compare and select residences, ensuring flexibility for both sales teams and buyers.
Amenities can be explored interactively in immersive 3D dollhouse mode, allowing users to understand spatial relationships and design intent from every angle. In addition to the native sales gallery application, COMO delivered a web-based 3D platform extending the same real-time experience beyond the gallery for remote presentations and client engagement.
Underpinning everything is COMO’s bespoke Content Management System, providing the Kolter Urban team with full control over residence data, availability, pricing, and marketing assets in real time, ensuring that every interaction is accurate, dynamic and aligned with the evolving sales strategy.
