This is the first of 3 developments COMO were appointed on by Hill to create a bespoke 3D real-time plot finder presentation and ongoing framework for the developer. Particular focus was taken on emphasising the green space with the developer planting more than 170 new trees. The 3D plot finder was used in the marketing suite on a 55” touch screen connected to interactive lighting in the scale model and a public facing web-app was also created for sharing with prospective customers. The marketing team benefit from being able to control all assets in real-time via COMO’s CMS.
